摘　　要：三段式齿辊采用齿部辊身单独铸造,避免了热节产生,解决了整体式齿辊缩孔、缩松等工艺难题;而上、下辊径采用组织致密的锻件,使得整体性能大大提高。同时,内部创新采用贯流机构,保证了冷却水均匀冷却,减少使用时产生裂纹、漏水等问题,延长了齿辊使用寿命。The problems of the integral tooth-roller,such as shrinkage,porosity shrinkage were solved because the roll body was casted alone to avoid the hot spot.And upper and lower roller used the dense forging.These make whole performance greatly improved.Meanwhile,interior tubular structure was used to ensure a uniform cooling water,which can reduce defects such as crack,leaking,prolong service life of teeth roll.
