摘 要:为提高战斗部的毁伤效能,对含能破片战斗部开展了探索研究,介绍了含能破片战斗部的概念和特点,设计制备了Al/PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)质量比为30:70配方的含能破片战斗部,对2.5,10,20 mm钢质靶进行侵彻实验,研究了该含能破片对靶板侵彻能力及靶后毁伤效率。试验结果表明:50 mm口径含能破片战斗部穿透了20 mm厚钢质靶板,能够产生一定数量的冲塞破片,并可在靶后一定区域形成较强的冲击波超压。Energetic fragment warhead was used to improve damage efficiency of weapons.The concept and characteristics of energetic fragment warhead were introduced.A kind of energetic fragment warhead containing Al/PTFE in the mass propotion of 30 to 70 was designed and prepared.The damage effects of the warhead on steel target with 2.5,10,20 mm were studied.Some damage tests were carried out.Results show that the 50 mm-caliber energetic fragment warhead can penetrate through 20 mm thick steel target and produce some plugging fragments,and prodacing evident overpressure in the region behind the target.
