摘　　要：将羊毛和粘胶纤维经过半精纺工艺纺成经纱,腈纶基Outlast调温纤维纱线作为纬纱,通过调温纱线漂白、羊毛和粘胶散纤维染色、纺纱、剑杆织机织造、后整理等一系列工序,开发出一种哔叽面料。该面料具有良好的服用性能,达到了产品设计的初衷。A kind of serge with temperature self-regulation is developed. The semi-worsted wool and viscose blended yarn is used as the warp yarn, and acrylic-based Outlast fiber is spun into weft yarn. After bleaching temperature-regulation yarn, dyeing loose wool and viscose fiber, and then a series of processes, including spinning, weaving by rapier loom, finishing, the serge with wearabilty is made, which meets the original intention of the design.
