摘 要:随着社会经济的进步和人民生活水平的不断提高,拉萨市的建筑规模和建筑能耗都大大提高通过两次冬季现场调研,测试分析拉萨市现有集合式居住建筑的室内温度分布和室内热环境评价等现有建筑的室内热环境特点。随后以其最常见的集合式居住建筑为基础建立热工模型,通过热环境模拟软件分析不同模型的采暖能耗,结合不同的家电能耗,最终证明合理的被动式设计能够大幅削减家庭能耗,为下一步具体的主被动式建筑设计提供了理论支持。With the progress of social economy and constant improvement of people's living standards, both architectural scale and architectural energy consumption of Lhasa City increase greatly. By field research and test twice in winter, this article analyzes the features of interior thermal environment of current buildings such as interior temperature distribution of existing concentrated residential buildings of Lhasa City and interior thermal environment evaluation. And then this article establishes thermal models based on the most common concentrated residential building, analyzes the energy con- sumption of heating of different models by thermal environment simulation software, combines with energy consumption of different home appliances, and finally proves that reasonable passive design can reduce household energy consumption by large margin, which provides theoretical support for concrete active and passive architectural design of the next step.
