摘 要:在采煤机的远程监控过程中,为了真实再现采煤机的工作状态,使远程操作人员对采煤机进行可靠控制,基于三维虚拟现实(3DVR)技术,在XNA平台上开发了采煤机3DVR平台。介绍了系统的总体结构,研究了虚拟机的几何建模和运动学建模以及基于XNA的程序开发框架,并以采煤机沿工作面方向位置的真实再现为例分析了虚拟机的数据驱动技术,提出构建虚拟控制面板进行远程控制。西安煤矿机械厂的试验表明:3DVR平台成功地实现了可视化的采煤机远程控制,有助于提高煤矿开采的安全和可靠性。In Remote monitoring and control for shearer,in order to represent reality state of Shearer's work,so shearer can be controled by the remote operator reliably,based on three dimensional virtual reality technology(3DVR) platform for shearer was established in XNA platform.An Overall structure of system was described,the geometric model and kinematics model of virtual machine and development framework of program based on XNA was studied.Taking the represent reality location of shearer along the direction of the face for example,data-driven virtual machine technology was analysed.The system also tabled a new idea which suggested constructing a virtual panel to realize the remote control.Experiment in Xi'an Coal Mine Machinery Factory showed that the 3DVR Platform realized the visual remote control over shearer well,which improved safety and reliability of mine production.
