摘 要:由于污水排放企业所处的地理位置非常分散,为了解决污水流量远程监测问题,提出一种无线式的污水流量远程监控系统的设计方案。介绍了系统的总体结构及其数据采集终端、无线网络传输和数据中心的设计。数据采集终端以PLC为核心,采集的流量信号和开关信号,经数据采集终端中的DTU单元,通过CDMA网络将数据传输到远端监控中心,并存储到数据库。监控中心通过Web服务器发布数据,并实现对污水排放点的实时监控。系统已应用于排水管理领域。As the locations of the company which discharge sewage are scattered,it is difficult to monitor the sewage flow remotely.In order to solve the problem,the design of a wireless and remote sewerage flow monitoring system was put forward.In this article an overall structure of the system and the design of the data acquisition terminals,the wireless networks and the data center are introduced.The flow signal and switch signal are collected by the data acquisition terminals in which PLC is the core.Then,the data acquired terminals was transmitted to monitor center through the CDMA network by the DTU unit of the data acquisition terminals and was saved to the database.At last,the monitoring center puts out the data by Web server and achieves the sewage flow's real-time monitoring.Also,the whole system has been made used of in the field of drainage management successfully.
