摘 要:基于双流化床物质与能量平衡建立并耦合计算碳化炉与煅烧炉的物质与能量平衡关系式,分析了双流化床能量平衡及碳化炉飞灰份额、钙碳摩尔比、分离器效率等可变参量对其能量平衡的影响。结果表明:碳化炉水冷壁吸热量在x3=0.99,x10=0.95、x3=0.95,x10=0.99及x3=0.99,x10=0.99三种工况下随钙碳摩尔比的增加而增加,相同的钙碳摩尔比时三种工况下其相差很小;煅烧炉燃煤放热量随着钙碳摩尔比的增加而增加,相同钙碳摩尔比时,其随着碳化炉飞灰份额和分离器效率增加而减小,在工况x3=0.99,x10=0.95和x3=0.95,x10=0.99时增加的煅烧炉燃煤放热量主要是由于煅烧碳酸钙吸热量增加引起的。Mass and thermal balance equations of the carbonator and calciner were established and computed based on mass and thermal balance equations of dual fluidized beds. The thermal balance of duel fluidized beds and the effect of fly ash content of carbonator, Ca/C molar ratio, separator efficiency on the thermal balance were analyzed. The results show that absorbed heat of carbonator water wall increases with the increasing of Ca/C molar ratio in the three working condition ofx3 =0. 99, X10 =0. 95, x3 =0. 95, x10 =0. 99 and x3 =0. 99, x10 =0. 99 , and it is almost equal in the three working condition under the same Ca/C molar ratio. Coal heat release of calciner increases with the increasing of Ca/C molar ratio, but decreases with the increasing of fly ash content of carbonator and separator efficiency under the same Ca/C molar ratio, and the increase in x3 =0. 99, X10 =0. 95 and x3 =0. 95, x10 =0. 99 working condition is due to the increasing of absorbed heat of calcined calcium carbonate.
