摘　　要：通过对长庆油田技术监测中心现状分析,理清了建设与长庆油田实现油气当量5 000万t发展目标相匹配的技术监测中心指导思想、基本原则及发展目标,明确了各监测业务工作思路及重点,提出了6条保障措施。Abstract Through the analysis of the current situation of Changqing Oilfield Technological Monitoring Center, the guiding idea, basic principles and development targets of establishing the technical monitoring center are clarified, which is adaptable to the development of fifty million tons oil gas equivalent for Changqing Oilfield. Meanwhile, working train of thought and keys of every monitoring business are made clear, followed by the presentation of 6 guaranteeing measures.
