老年尿失禁患者综合护理干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对老年尿失禁患者生活质量和疗效的影响。方法:将60例老年尿失禁患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。两组均给予基本治疗和常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给于综合护理干预。1年后采用健康状况问卷(SF-36维度)评价两组患者干预前后的生活质量水平及疗效。结果:两组治疗前的SF-36维度(生理功能,躯干疼痛,总体健康,精力,社会功能,情感职能和精神健康)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预护理后,干预组的SF-36维度评分较对照组或干预前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。1年后干预组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预老年尿失禁患者实施护理干预可提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention on curative effect and quality of life of elderly patients with urinary incontinence.Methods： Sixty elderly patients with urinary incontinence were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each.Two groups were given basic treatment and routine care.The intervention group had been also given comprehensive nursing intervention.After 1 year,the patients of two groups were investigated by health assessment questionnaire（the short from 36 health survey questionnaire,SF-36） in order to evaluate their life quality and curative effect before and after intervention.Results： Before intervention,the difference of the SF-36 dimensions（physical functioning,body pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and emotional function） was not significant（P0.05）,in intervention group,SF-36 dimensions were markedly increased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05 or P0.01） compared with the control group or before intervention.One year follow-up after treatment,the effect in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with urinary incontinence can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life.
