摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法和浸渍法分别制备出CuO-Fe2O3-ZrO2/SiO2催化剂,考察了催化剂的制备方法、焙烧温度等因素对甲醇乙醇一步合成异丁醛催化性能的影响,并应用BET、XRD、TPR等分析技术对催化剂进行了结构测试与表征。结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂CuO晶粒较小,分散的较均匀,且具有较大的比表面积;在673 K焙烧制得的催化剂具有良好的活性和对异丁醛的选择性;Fe和Zr的相互协同作用阻止了CuO颗粒的聚集,提高了异丁醛的选择性。CuO-Fe2O3-ZrO2/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel,co-precipitation and impregnation techniques,respectively,and the effects of preparation methods and calcination temperature on the catalytic performances of the catalysts for one step synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol were investigated.The structures of the catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD and TPR.The results showed that the catalysts prepared by the sol-gel method had smaller crystallite sizes,higher dispersion degree of CuO and larger specific surface areas,and those calcined at 673K showed good activity and selectivity to isobutyraldehyde.The synergetic effect of iron and zirconium in the catalysts inhibited the aggregation of copper and resulted in higher selectivity to isobutyraldehyde.
