摘  要:大型清污设备是南水北调等长距离调水工程的关键设备,拦污栅是清污机的重要部件,用以拦阻水流挟带的污物进入流道,保证调水沿线顺利正常运行。拦污栅的结构断面型式和布置是影响水流流态的重要因素。运用流体力学(CFD)数值模拟分析对栅体结构不同断面型式和布置情况进行内部流态模拟分析,通过对不同方案的水平、垂直截面速度等值线图以及三维流场图的分析,得出流线型栅条、圆头流线型主梁水平布置、边梁为矩形箱梁的栅体结构为最优方案,大跨度比小跨度的要合理,流态和流速都更理想,水流均匀、平稳,且没有回流及涡流区,流速分布更对称。因此,对拦污栅体多种不同方案的优化研究,通过三维数值模拟计算验证了优化效果。Large-scale decontamination equipment is a key equipment needed for long-distance water transfer projects, such as the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Trash Rack is the main working parts, which is used to block dirt into the flow channel for ensuring the smooth running along the water diversion. Trash-type cross-section of the structure and layout are the important affecting factors of the flow state. The interior flow of different trash rack structure sect-sides of channel clean-feculence machine is analyzed with the method of fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation analysis. By analyzing the horizontal and vertical cross-section velocity and flow field under different schemes, trash rack structure design with round streamline, level placement's girder, rectangle chest girder's side girder is chosen as an optimal design scheme. Flow pattern and flow rate of round streamlined main beam of large span are more reasonable than the small span, flow runs evenly and smoothly with no return and the vortex area, and velocity distribution is more symmetrical and reasonable. Therefore, many different options on the trash rack body are studied in the optimization study, and the optimization results are verified using three-dimensional numerical simulations.
