烧结常用进口粉基础性能研究与应用

摘　　要：为寻求科学合理的进口粉搭配比例,更好地指导烧结生产,对宣钢常用进口粉——印度粉、巴西粉1、巴西粉2、澳粉1、澳粉2物理性能和矿相进行了分析,重点对同化温度、液相流动性等烧结基础特性进行了研究,运用铁矿粉烧结特性互补配矿原则,结合其物理性能,摸索出了烧结生产常用进口粉的适宜配比范围,在生产中得到了较好的应用。The main kinds of imported sintering ore powder： powders of India, Brazil 1 #, Brazil 2#, Australia 1 #, and Australia 2# are analyzed for their physical properties and grade, especially their basic sintering characteristics such as assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity are studied as emphases. The suitable proportioning range for them is worked out based the above physical properties and ore proportioning principle： sintering characteristic of different ore powder being complementary. It gets applied well in production.
