副枪自动炼钢技术在宣钢的应用

摘　　要：介绍了宣钢二炼钢车间150t转炉采用静态—动态控制模型副枪自动炼钢技术,实现在转炉不停止吹氧并且不倒炉的情况下,利用副枪进行过程测量,并调用动态数学模型进行终点控制。实施后,出钢周期显著缩短,生产能力大幅度提高,设备作业率达98%,吹炼终点命中率平均达到90%以上。It is introduced the application of sublance automatic steelmaking with static - dynamic control model in 150t converter of No. 2 steelmaking workshop of Xuan Steel： under keeping oxygen blowing and converter not tilting, process measure is conducted with sublance, end control is done with dynamic mathematic model. With the above technique the tapping period is obviously shortened, production capability raised to a large extent, equipment working ratio reaches by 98% , average percentage of hits for blowing - smelting end over 90%.
