“优质护理服务”活动在创伤科的实施体会

摘　　要：目的加强基础护理工作,提高护理服务质量。方法实施对人性的尊重和人道的护理,进行管理创新,应用表格式护理记录单,制定流程,人员培训,服务理念、服务流程的培训,将基础护理服务项目和各项护理工作流程纳入日常质量管理,并对相关指标进行评价。结果开展"优质护理服务"活动后,患者对护理工作满意度、健康教育知晓率、健康教育覆盖率得到显著提高(P<0.01)。结论开展"优质护理服务"活动能提高护理服务质量。Objective To strengthen and improve the basic nursing service.Methods The program included the combination of the basic nursing service and the nursing process into daily nursing management and the relevant indicators were evaluated through the respect for human nature,management innovation,the application of medical record,the strict work flow,staff training,the change of service orientation.Results After the ＂high-quality nursing service program＂,patients showed higher satisfaction,better health education awareness and higher health education coverage（P 0.01）.Conclusion Carrying out＂high-quality nursing service program＂ can improve nursing service.
