摘 要:分析了江苏沿海发展形势,基于江苏沿海实际,构建了农村水利现代化评价指标体系。采用AHP法确定权重,并对沿海3市的现状农村水利现代化水平进行了客观评价。结果表明,该区现状农村水利现代化水平整体较低。针对薄弱环节,提出了今后一个时期江苏沿海农村水利的发展重点与对策措施,同时对该区农村水利现代化实现进程作了初步展望。The development situation of coastal area in Jiangsu province was analyzed in this paper.Based on the reality of Jiangsu coastal area,the index system of rural water conservancy modernization was established.With the weighting of the index system determined by AHP method,objective assessment was made for the current modernization levels of rural water conservancy in three coastal cities.Results showed that the overall current level of rural water conservancy modernization in this area was moderate low.According to the weak links,this article put forward development emphases and countermeasures of next period for rural water conservancy in Jiangsu coastal regions,and preliminary forecast was also given for the modernization process of rural water conservancy in this region.
