摘 要:奇台县中葛根水库2009-05-23开工建设,为加快施工进度,确保其2010年7月安全度汛,经分析论证后,首次在新疆采用了挤压混凝土边墙施工技术,它替代了传统施工中垫层料的超填、人工和机械削坡修整、斜坡碾压、坡面防护等工序,提高了施工质量、简化了施工工序、加快了坝前区填筑进度,为大坝安全度汛创造了有利条件,取得了很好的经济效益,对新疆发展该技术起到了指导作用。Zhonggegen Reservoir has been constructed in May 23,2009 in Qitai County.In order to make sure that it would be safe in flood period,the construction schedule should be speeded up.Through analyzing and demonstrating,the technology of extrusion concrete side wall was applied in the construction for the first time.This technology could substitute the traditional construction procedures,such as the overfill of cushion materials,the artificial and mechanical scaling and regulation for slope,slope rolling,slope surface protection and so on.At the same time,it could improve the quality of construction,simplify the working procedares,quicken the process of dam filling.In brief,this technology has created the advantages for the dam to be safe in flood period,got a good economic benefit,and provided direction for the development of Xinjiang.
