阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍对老年高血压患者动脉内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗对老年高血压患者动脉内皮功能的影响。方法 162例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组、阿托伐他汀组、二甲双胍组和联合治疗组,均给予降压治疗,阿托伐他汀组给予阿托伐他10mg/d,二甲双胍组给予二甲双胍0.25Bid,联合治疗组给予阿托伐他汀10mg/d和二甲双胍0.25Bid。所有研究对象在研究初始均常规测定血压、血液生化、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及肱动脉血流介导的血管舒张功能(Flow-mediated dilation,FMD),治疗90d再次测定上述指标。结果治疗3个月后二甲双胍组、阿托伐他汀组和联合治疗组FMD分别由(5.30±2.09)、(5.29±2.11)和(5.31±2.16)上升至(8.68±2.35)、(11.27±4.91)和(15.17±5.81)(P<0.05),组间比较,阿托伐他汀组优于二甲双胍组(P<0.05),联合治疗组优于阿托伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍能改善老年高血压患者内皮功能。Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment with atorvastatin/Metformin on endothelium function in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Choose 162 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and atorvastatin group（atorvastatin 10mg/d） and metformin group（metformin 0.25 Bid） and combined treatment group（atorvastatin 10mg/d and metformin 0.25 Bid）.Each grouop were treated with the antihypertensive therapy.Blood pressure、Blood biochemistry、fasting blood glucose、fasting blood insulin and FMD were measured before and after three month of treatment.Results The FMD of metformin group、atorvastatin group、combined treatment group were improved after three months treatment from（5.30±2.09）、（5.29±2.11）and（5.31±2.16）to （8.68±2.35）、（11.27±4.91）and（15.17±5.81）（P0.05）.According to the group comparison,the atorvastatin group is better than the metformin group（P0.05）,the combined treatment group ia better than the atorvastatin group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined treatment with atorvastatin/metformin could directly improve endothelium function in elderly patients with hypertension.
