摘　　要：从博弈论和信息经济学的角度,分别讨论了经济适用房各个博弈方之间的博弈,建立了经济适用房价格博弈模型。通过实例分析详细论述了开盘楼价的确定过程,并验证了运用该模型定价所具有的科学性和可操作性,对政府定价决策具有很强的实用价值。研究成果为制订经济适用房发展政策及完善其定价机制、促进经济适用房持续健康发展提供了新的借鉴和依据。All the focuses of the economical house business are discussed here,and the price model is built by using the game theory and information economics.The determination process of the opening price is also discussed in detail by empirical analyses,and the scientific and operability of the price model is validated,which would be useful for the decision of government polices.The research results could provide some new references for regulating the police of the economical house and its pricing mechanism.
