摘  要:废弃钻井液的固液分离是钻井行业中的重要过程。作者采用水溶液聚合法,以壳聚糖(CS)为基础、辅以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、纳米二氧化硅凝胶制备了SiO2/CS-AM-DMC无机-有机絮凝剂。其形貌与结构经SEM、FT-IR表征,粘均分子量用乌式粘度计测定。考察了制备过程中破胶剂的种类,反应时间,温度,引发剂的用量,接枝物AM和DMC的用量和反应的pH值等因素对所制备的复合絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响,依此优化絮凝实验条件。结果表明,最佳条件下废弃钻井液的固相w(水)=30.33%,w(固)>98%。The solid-liquid separation of waste drilling fluid is a very important process in drilling industry.A high performance flocculant was prepared by chitosan(CS),methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) and acrylamide(AM) with a previously prepared TiO2 sol by using the aqueous solution polymerization process.The influence of synthesis conditions and coagulant aid were investigated.The prepared CS-AM-DMC copolymer was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Wushi-Viscometer.The results showed that AM,DMC were grafted to CS successfully.The molecular weight of the synthesized flocculant was about 3.000.000.The flocculent experiment showed that solid moisture and weight content of the mud were 30.33% and above 98% respectively by using the optimum flocculant.
