摘　　要：实验采用氢化C5石油树脂作为成膜物质制备新型防水涂料。通过对乳化剂的筛选和物料配比的考查,确定了制备乳液的最佳条件,并通过对其它助剂加入量的考察,确定了防水涂料的最佳配方。实验结果表明,当乳化剂选用复配型乳化剂,m(氢化C5石油树脂)∶m(石蜡)=2∶1时,制备的乳液效果最好;当m(氢化C5石油树脂乳液)∶m(涂料)=20%,m(滑石粉)∶m(涂料)=12%,m(钛白粉)∶m(涂料)=3%,m(去离子水)∶m(涂料)=55%时,防水涂料的性能最佳。In the experimant,used the hydrogenated petroleum resin as a film-forming material and prepared the a new waterproof coating.Screened the emulsifier and tested the ratio of materials to determine the best conditions,simultaneously screened the amount of other additives,ultimately determined the best formulation of the waterproof coating,The experimental results showed that,when the emulsifier used compound emulsifier,hydrogenated C5 resins and paraffin oil ratio to 2∶1,the emulsion is best.The best waterproof coating recipe is as follows,membrane accounts for 20%（mass percentage,the same below）,reinforcing agent 12%,thickener 3%,solvent 55%,The performance of the waterproof coating is best.
