摘 要:对镁碱沸石(FER)进行Zn、Mn金属改性,对γ-Al2O3进行S2O82-、Ni2+改性,将改性后的FER和γ-Al2O3复合用于合成气直接制二甲醚催化剂中,作为甲醇脱水催化剂组分,制备出了Cu-Zn-Al/ASN/FZM双功能催化剂。在连续固定床高压反应器中,研究了改性条件、复合比及反应温度对催化剂性能的影响。在240℃、3.2 MPa、1 500 h-1空速和n(H2)∶n(CO)=2的反应条件下,CO的转化率为80%,二甲醚选择性为75%,催化剂性能好于改性的FER和γ-Al2O3单独使用时的效果。Ferrierite(FER) was modified with Zn,Mn while γ-Al2O3 was modified with S2O2-8 and Ni2+.The composite of modified FER and γ-Al2O3 was used as the dehydrating agent to prepare the Cu-Zn-Al/ASN/FZM bifunctional catalyst for the direct preparation of dimethyl ether from syngas.Effects of modification conditions,composite ratio and reaction temperature on the performance of the catalysts were studied in a continuous high pressure fixed bed reactor.The best catalytic performance was archived at 240℃,3.2MPa,1500h-1 while the molar ratio of H2/CO was 2.80% conversion of CO and 75% selectivity toward dimethyl ether were thus obtained.The catalytic performance of the composite catalyst is better than that when the modified FER or γ-Al2O3 was solely used.
