摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,氧化还原剂-偶氮盐为引发体系,采用光辅助引发聚合法对阳离子度分别为30%和40%的P(AM-DMDAAC)的制备进行了研究。考察了引发剂用量,单体质量分数,引发温度、pH值、助溶剂和络合剂用量等因素对聚合物特性粘数及溶解性的影响。结果表明,当阳离子度为30%时,较佳条件为w(引发剂)=0.006 0%、w(单体)=25%,引发温度为20℃,溶液pH=5,w(助溶剂)=0.4%,w(络合剂)=0.002 0%。在上述较佳条件下,产品特性粘数可达15.654 3 dL/g,溶解时间为60 min。当阳离子度为40%时,较佳条件为w(引发剂)=0.010 0%,w(单体)=30%,引发温度25℃,溶液pH=6,w(助溶剂)=0.6%,w(络合剂)=0.002 0%。在上述较佳条件下,产品特性粘数可达15.023 5 dL/g,溶解时间为55 min。Cationic P(AM-DMDAAC) of cationic degree respectively 30 % and 40 % was prepared in aqueous solution using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers,oxidizer-reductant and azo salt as initiators by assistance of photo-initiation.The effects of initiator concentration,monomer concentration,initiation temperature,pH,solubilizing agent concentration,chelator concentration on the intrinsic viscosity and solubility of product were studied.The results showed that when cationic degree was 30% the obtained optimum conditions for synthesis of P(AM-DMDAAC) were initiator concentration 0.0060%、monomer concentration 25%、initiation temperature 20℃,pH=5.0,solubilizing agent concentration 0.4%,and chelator concentration 0.0020%.Under above optimum conditions,the intrinsic viscosity of P(AM-DMDAAC) was 15.6543dL/g,and the dissolving time was 60min.When cationic degree was 40% the obtained optimum conditions for synthesis of P(AM-DMDAAC) were initiator concentration 0.0100%、monomer concentration 30%、initiation temperature 25℃、pH=6.0、solubilizing agent concentration 0.6%、chelator concentration 0.0020%.Under above optimum conditions,the intrinsic viscosity of P(AM-DMDAAC) was 15.0235dL/g,and the dissolving time was 55min
