摘　　要：利用三羟甲基丙烷装置精馏重质残液为原料通过酸解反应制备出了环状三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛,考察了反应温度、反应时间、pH值对酸解反应的影响,精馏后制得的环状三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛产品纯度大于98.5%,单程收率可达90%以上,产品色号、酸值、羟基值、水分和灰分等质量商品指标达到指标要求,也达到国外同类产品指标。Cyclic trimethylolpropane formal（CTF） was prepared by acid dissociation using heavy residual liquid from Trimethylolpropane production plant as raw material.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and pH to acid dissociation were investigated.After distillation the purity of CTF is above 98.5%,single-pass yield is above 90%,the indices such as color number,acid value,hydroxyl value,moisture content,ash content,etc.,can meet the requirements of commercial product,and can reach the level of the like products made abroad.
