摘 要:目的研究钩藤总碱缓释滴丸中钩藤总碱、钩藤碱、异钩藤碱的热稳定性。方法钩藤总碱缓释滴丸在25、40、60℃下分别放置90、180、270 d,酸碱滴定法测定钩藤总碱含量,高效液相法测定钩藤碱及异钩藤碱的含量。结果钩藤总碱和钩藤碱在25、40、60℃下270 d内无明显降解,异钩藤碱在40℃第180天检测时出现含量明显降低(P<0.05),60℃时第90天出现明显降低。结论钩藤总碱缓释滴丸在常温下稳定,但在较高温度下可致主要有效成分含量降低。Objective Study on the thermal stability of Rhynchophyllae total alkali, Rhynchophylline and Isorhynchophylline in sustained-release dropping pills. Methods Rhynchophyllae total alkali sustained-release dropping pills were put in 25, 40, 60℃ surrounding for 90, 180, 270 days. The content of Rhynchophyllae total alkali was measured by acid-base titrations, Rhynchophylline and Isorhynchophylline was measured by HPLC. Results The content of RhynchophyUae total alkali and Rhynchophylline had no significant change in 25, 40, 60 ℃ surrounding for 270 days. The content of Isorhynchophylline decreased significantly in 40℃ for 180 days (P〈0.05), and in 60 ℃for 90 days, respectively. Conclusion Rhynchophyllae total alkali sustained-release dropping pills are stability in room temperature, but Isorhynchophylline can be decomposed in high temperature.
