摘  要:利用17个大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)家系在4月龄和6月龄的生长数据,对大口黑鲈全长、体长、头长、尾柄长、体高和尾柄高6个性状进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明:6个形态性状之间均呈高表型正相关,其值在0.565-0.990之间;4月龄和6月龄全长对形态性状的贡献率分别为92.29%和86.40%,可作为大口黑鲈形态性状的选择指标;4月龄全长/体高和尾柄长/尾柄高对体型的贡献率分别为65.94%和34.06%,6月龄全长/体高和尾柄长/尾柄高的贡献率分别为69.08%和30.92%,这两个指标均可作为大口黑鲈体型的选择标准。另外,采用方差分析对大口黑鲈各家系的全长、绝对增长率、生长指标和体型指数进行比较,结果表明家系S07D07的生长表现为最优。Correlation and principal components analysis were made with seven attributes,including total length(TL),body length(BL),head length(HL),caudal peduncle length(CPL),body depth(BD) and caudal peduncle depth(CPD),according to growth data of seventeen families of Micropterus salmoides at different month-age.Results showed that the high positive phenotypic correlations were observed among six morphological traits,with the value between 0.565 and 0.990.Contribution rate of total length for morphological traits was 92.29% at four-month-age and 86.40% at six-month-age,which revealed that the total length could become the selective indicator of morphological traits for the largemouth bass.The contribution rate of TL/BD and CPL/CPD for body shape of largemouth bass at four-month-age was 65.94% and 34.06%,respectively,whereas the contribute rate of TL/BD and CPL/CPD at six-month-age was 669.08% and 30.92%,respectively.Results showed that TL/BD and CPL/CPD could both become the selective indicator for body shape of the largemouth bass.In addition,the results form variance analysis for TL,absolute growth ratio,growth index and body shape index showed that the growth of the family S07D07 performed better than others.
