摘 要:利用Fluent软件对不同管排组合方案下的分离式热管换热器的蒸发段进行了数值模拟,得出并比较了各管排组合方案下的温度分布、速度分布和压力分布图,发现了管排组合主要影响传热能力和温度分布而对压力降的影响很小。模拟结果与传热理论相符,并且印证了理论计算的结论,即:"单对单"方案热回收量最大,但安全效果不好;"整体对整体"方案的安全效果好,但热回收量最小;"混合"方案能同时满足安全效果和较大的热回收量,效果最优。The evaporator of separate type heat pipe heat exchanger under different schemes of tube arrays combination was simulated by the Fluent software,the various distribution maps of temperature,velocity and pressure were obtained and compared,the phenomenon that tube arrays combination has main influence on heat transfer capacity and temperature distribution and little influence on pressure drop was found.The simulation results agree to the theory of heat transfer,and demonstrate the conclusions of theoretical calculation,i.e.,the single-to-single scheme has most heat transfer capacity and worst safety effect,the entirety-to-entirety scheme has least heat transfer capacity and best safety effect,while the mix scheme has both more heat transfer capacity and better safety effect,its effect in general is optimal.
