摘  要:以马哈利樱桃茎段为实验材料,研究不同浓度硝酸稀土(RENO_3)对其组培苗生长发育及生理作用的影响,结果表明:在马哈利樱桃茎段培养的分化培养基上添加不同浓度的RENO_3(5 mg/L~20 mg/L),有利于芽分化和组培苗的生长,提高叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)活性及叶绿素含量;其中RENO_3浓度为20 mg/L时,是马哈利樱桃组培苗的最适生长浓度。The effect of RENO3 on the rapid propagation of the Cerasus mahaleb seedlings in test tube was studied by investigating the growth and physiological aspects of Cerasus mahaleb seedlings propagated from stems in MS medium supplemented with RENO3 ( 5 - 20 mg/L). It was concluded that RENO3 promoted the growth of the seedlings by in- creasing the shooting numbers and the fresh weight and height of single plantlet. The activities of SOD, POD and the con- tent of chlorophyll were enhanced by the supplement of RENO3 in the medium. The optimum RENO3 supplement con- centration for the raoid seedling propagation from Cerasus mahaleb stem was 20 mg/L.
