摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液联合胰岛素、山莨菪碱治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将80例Wagner3级糖尿病足住院患者随机分为等数的2组,对照组采用胰岛素、山莨菪碱及抗生素进行局部换药,治疗组采用丹红注射液、胰岛素、山莨菪碱及抗生素进行局部换药。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,并可见患者血流变性和下肢血流动力学指标改善。结论丹红注射液可提高对糖尿病足治疗的疗效。Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of the Dan red injection joint insulin,mountain drug scopolamine,treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 80 cases of Wagner level 3 diabetic foot hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group using the insulin,mountain drug scopolamine and antibiotics local treatment.Results The curative effect of treatment group was better than control,and visible patients degeneration and lower limb blood hemodynamic index improvement.Conclusion Dan red injection can improve the curative effect of diabetes foot.
