摘　　要：收入分配公正是社会公平正义的基石,是政府核心责任之一。论文采用2006年CGSS数据,考察目前影响我国收入分配的主要因素,剖析收入分配中存在的问题及成因,并提出建设公正分配体制的建议和对策。The income distribution justice is the footstone of our social fairness and justice and one of the key responsibilities of government.The paper adopts the CGSS data in 2006,investigates the main factors influencing our country＇s income distribution,then analyzes the problems and reasons existing in income distribution and finally proposes the advice and strategy of building our fair distribution system.
