摘  要:半波长交流输电线路输送距离长、电压等级高,传统继电保护方案不能满足要求。文章考虑线路分布参数特性,采用均匀传输线特性方程,结合对称分量法,对半波长线路区内外故障特征进行了理论分析,仿真实验表明理论推导结果与实际情况基本相符。根据半波长线路的故障特性,文中提出一种基于贝瑞隆线路模型的适用于半波长交流输电线路的电流差动保护新策略,并应用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD进行了时域仿真实验,实验结果表明在各种短路故障情况下,线路发生区内短路时两侧差动电流的幅值均远大于发生区外短路时两侧差动电流的幅值,继电保护能够可靠动作。Due to its features in long transmission distance and high voltage grade, traditional relay protection scheme cannot meet the requirement of half wave-length AC transmission (HWACT). Considering distributed parameter characteristic of half wave-length AC transmission line, by use of the characteristic equation of uniform transmission line and integrating with symmetrical component, the fault characteristics of HWACT line inside and outside the protction zone are theoretically analyzed, and simulation results show that the results from theoretical derivation basically conform with actual conditions. According to fault characteristics of HWACT line, a new Bergeron model based current differential protection strategy suit to HWACT line is proposed and PSCAD platform based time-domain simulation experiments for the proposed protection strategy are performed. Experiment results show that when various kinds of short-circuit faults occur inside the protection zone, the amplitudes of different currents at both sides of the position where fault occurs are far bigger than those of short-circuit faults occur outside the protection zone, thus the current differential protection for HWACT line can act correctly.
