摘  要:用数值模拟的方法对某汽轮机中压排汽至低压进汽间的无叶通道的气动性能进行了分析。针对原始模型不良的气动结构,提出了改进方案。比较两种模型的总压损失系数和低压缸进汽口环形截面速度分布的均匀性,改进模型的总压损失降低7.82%,约提高中压缸效率0.33%、折合机组煤耗率下降约0.3 g/(kW.h),同时低压缸进汽速度均匀程度有一定的提高,对提高低压缸的效率也是有益的。The flow properties of non-vane passage between a low pressure inlet and an intermediate pressure outlet of a steam turbine are analyzed by a method of numerical simulation.According to the undesirable pneumatic structure of original model,a novel option is proposed.The total pressure loss ratio and the homogeneity of velocity distribution on circular cross-section of inlet flow in low pressure cylinder of the two models are compared,which shows 7.82 percent of the coefficient of total pressure are reduced in the optimal model,and almost 0.33 percent of the intermediate pressure cylinder efficiency is improved,almost equivalent to a 0.3 g/kWh decrease in the rate of coal consumption.Besides,the homogeneity of velocity distribution on circular cross-section of inlet flow in LP cylinder is improved a lot,which means by applying the optimal design,the efficiency of LP cylinder can be increased.
