摘　　要：忽地笑是一种兼备观赏与药用价值的植物。本试验以忽地笑种球为材料,采用种球茎盘沟切的方式,设计了随机区组实验开展了该植物的无性繁育试验,探讨植物生长调节剂及其浓度对其分生子球的影响。试验结果表明:①人工干预大大提高了种球的繁殖能力,该试验中种球的平均繁殖率高达21.15,其中处理6"6-BA500"作用下种球的繁殖率最高,为32.2;②植物生长调节剂NAA、6-BA均能促进种球的繁殖能力,且随着浓度的增加种球的繁殖率也相应增加;③综合种球繁殖率、子球的平均重量、直径以及根的长势情况等因素,处理5(6-BA300)是该试验的最佳组合。Lycoris aurea is an important plant which has not only an ornamental value but also medicinal values.An experiment of incising bulbs of Lycoris aurea,based on randomized blocks design,was arranged in order to study the effects of the plant growth regulators and the concentrations of these plant growth regulators on the quantity and weight of the bulblets of L.aurea.The results were as follows： ①The artificial propagation coefficient of Lycoris aurea was as high as 21.15 times,much higher than natural propagation coefficient.The treatment 6 of ＂6-BA 250＂ was best,with propagation coefficient of 32.2 times;②Plant growth regulators NAA and 6-BA both could promote the propatation coefficient of L.aurea,and the increase of the concentration of plant growth regulators would correspondingly enhance the propagation coefficient.③According to these facts：propagation coefficient,the average weight and diameter of the bulblets,the root of the growing conditions,treatment 5 ＂6-BA300＂ was the best in the experiment.
