不同品种芦荟中芦荟苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立测定芦荟中芦荟苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,测定不同芦荟品种中芦荟苷的含量。方法用超声振荡提取法制备样品溶液,并测定芦荟苷的含量。结果芦荟苷线性回归方程为A=13.168 4 m-2.855 4,r=0.999 8,进样量在0.06～0.93μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.42%,RSD为2.39%。测定的各种芦荟中芦荟苷含量分别为,华芦荟72.92μg/g,不夜城芦荟2.622μg/g,木立芦荟614.3μg/g,库拉索芦荟135.3μg/g,元江芦荟212.5μg/g。结论不同品种芦荟中芦荟苷的含量不同,木立芦荟中芦荟苷含量最高。所用检测方法简便、准确快速,可作为芦荟中芦荟苷含量的测定方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aloin in different varieties of aloes.Methods The ultrasonic oscillations extraction was adopted to prepare the sample solution and the HPLC method was used to determine the content of aloin.Results The regression equation of aloin was A=13.168 4 m-2.855 4,r=0.999 8.There was a good linear relationship over the range of 0.06-0.93 μg for aloin.The average recovery rate of aloin was 101.42%,RSD=2.39%.The content of aloin in varieties of aloes was 72.92 μg/g in aloe chinensis,2.622 μg/g in aloe mitriformis,614.3 μg/g in aloe arborescens miller,135.3 μg/g in aloe vera and 212.5 μg/g in aloe yuan-jiangensis.Conclusion The content of aloin is different in different varieties of aloes,which is highest in aloes arborescens miller.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,which can be used as the determination method of aloin content in Aloes.
