高效液相色谱法测定十五味龙胆花丸中原儿茶酸含量

摘　　要：目的建立十五味龙胆花丸中原儿茶酸含量的测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长260 nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果原儿茶酸质量浓度在1.95～19.51μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为0.68%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Fifth Tastes Longdanhua Pills by HPLC.Methods The ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%glacial acetic acid（10 ∶90） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 25 ℃and the detective wavelength was at 260 nm.Results The linear range for protocatechuic acid was 1.95-19.51 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.58%,RSD=0.68%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
