摘　　要：目的观察咽炎丸对慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效并进行安全性评价。方法将1 950例慢性咽炎患者分为咽炎丸治疗组(1 100例)及对照组(850例)。结果治疗14 d后,治疗组总有效率为93.91%,对照组总有效率为70.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组均无明显不良反应。结论咽炎丸治疗慢性咽炎安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Pharyngitis Pills on treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods Total 1 950 cases of chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into the treatment group（1 100 cases） and the control group（850 cases）.Results After 14 d treatment,the total effective rate was 93.91%in the treatment group and 70.94%in control group with statistical difference between them（P 0.01）.No serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Pharyngitis Pills is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
