摘　　要：针对目前我国法律监督被虚化的问题,从检察机关的外部关系着眼,提出了完善法律监督制度的几点措施,即处理好检察机关与人大、检察机关与人民法院、检察机关与公安机关的关系。For China＇ s current legal supervision is weakened, aiming at the external relations of procuratorial organ, measures are proposed to make a complete system of legal supervision： The relationships between procuratorial organ and people＇s congress, court, and police should be well-handled.
