摘　　要：目的探讨全自动生化分析仪测定酶类结果失真的原因以及解决的方法。方法编辑具体酶参数时根据需要适当设定样本稀释倍数,通过稀释样本来提高K值以达到较宽的线性范围,从而使多数酶测试不超线性。结果过高的K值导致重复性差,CV值高,解决这一问题采用的方法是增加测定时间。从而既得到了较宽的线性范围,又使得CV值符合试剂要求。结论通过提高K值达到理想的酶测试线性范围,通过增加测量时间来保证合理的CV值。从而,在保证良好的重复性的基础上解决了酶类测试结果失真的问题。Objective Discuss the cause and the method of impossible enzyme result for full-antomation biochemistry analysis testing,Metheds Setting specimen dilution multiple,increase K according to wide linear scope,making most enzyme testing don＇t exceed linear.Result Overtop K lead to bad repeat,CV high.The method is increasing testing time.As wide linear scope as reasonable CV Conclusion Get through increasing K achieve perfect linear scope,get through increasing measure time guarantee reasonable CV.Resolved problem of impossible enzyme result base favourable repeat.
