比索洛尔联合咪哒普利治疗慢性心力衰歇患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年6月至2010年6月52例慢性心力衰竭患者被随机分成2组:对照组26例,予以常规用药+咪哒普利治疗;治疗组26例,在常规用药+咪哒普利基础上加用比索洛尔治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LVESd较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且较对照组降低更显著,P<0.05,2组治疗后LVEF均有明显增高(P<0.05～0.01),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组收缩压、舒张压、心率均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05～0.01),且舒张压较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论比索洛尔具有降低心肌收缩力,减慢心率,降低血压等作用,在治疗慢性心力衰竭患者取得了显著疗效,值得基层医院的推广。Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 June to 2010 June,52 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n=26）was treated by routine medicines combined Imidapril.The treatment group（n=26）was treated by routine medicines combined Imidapril and Bisoprolol.Pesults The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of LVSDd significantly decreased in treatment gronp（P〈0.05）and more than that of control group（P〈0.05）after treatment.The levels of LVEF improved（P〈0.05-0.01） in both two groups before and after treatment.Compared with control group,that of treatment group increased more than（P〈0.05）.SBP, DBP and HR significantly improved（P〈0.05-0.01）in treatment group,DBP and HR were more decreased than those of control group（P〈0.05all）. Conclusion Bisoprolol with decreased myocardial contractility,slow heart rate,lower blood pressure and so on,in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients achieved a significant effect,is worth the basic unit hospital promotion.
