药物综合治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨药物综合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效和安全性,提高临床诊治效率。方法回顾性分析2008年4月至2011年4月我院采用中西医结合治疗方法进行治疗的86例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,并以同期采用单纯西医治疗的86例患者为对照组,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后24h尿蛋白定量检测值明显降低,血黏稠度减低,总胆固醇减低,以上指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肝益肾活血化瘀方药治疗糖尿病肾病具有调整脂代谢、减少蛋白尿、改善血黏度和延缓肾功能减退进程等作用。Objective To investigate the treatment of diabetic nephropathy drug clinical efficacy and safety,improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency.Methods Retrospective analysis April 2008 to 2011 from April by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment method for treatment of the diabetes nephrosis patient＇s 86 patients with clinical informalion,and using the same pure western treatment for 86 cases were group,rompared with two groups of patients therapeutic effect.Pesults The observation group total effectiveness significantly higher than those in the control group,between groups are statistically significant comparative differences （P〈0.05）.The quantity of urine protein of 24 hours,plasma viscosity and total cholesterol decreased in the treatment group after 3 months,which was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Chinese herbs of tonification liver and kidney and activating blood to remove stasis can decrease the quantity of urine protein,improve the plasma viscosity,adjust fat metabolism and delay the aggravation of the renal function.
