咪唑斯汀治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨咪唑斯汀对不明原因的慢性荨麻疹治疗效果、不良反应。方法对慢性荨麻疹患者采用摩拉生物物理检测治疗仪检测过敏原,全部阴性者随机分为2组,分别给予咪唑斯汀和氯雷他定治疗4周,咪唑斯汀组总有效率95.6%,氯雷他定组总有效82.6%,2组比较,χ2=5.91,P<0.05,不良反应发生率,咪唑斯汀组22.9%,氯雷他定为25.8%,2组比较χ2=0.16,P>0.05。结果咪唑斯汀治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹总有效率较对照组好,经统计学处理有显著性差异,起效时间与对照组有显著差别,不良反应2组均较轻,统计学上无差异。结论咪唑斯汀治疗不明原因的慢性荨麻疹疗效高、不良反应少的药物,临床应用较为安全。Objective To investigate the unexplained mizolastine on the treatment of chronic urticaria,adverse reactions. Methods Patients with chronic urticaria treatment by Mora biophysical test detected allergens were all negative were randomly divided into two groups,were given mizolastine and loratadine for four weeks,mizolastine group was 95.6%,loratadine group was 82.6% effective,the two groups x^2=5.91,P（0.05,the incidence of adverse reactions,22.9% of mlzolastine group,loratadine,25.8% in group x^2=0.16,P〉0.05.Results The treatment of unexplained mizolastine total effective rate of chronic urticaria better than the Control group,the statistically significant differences in onset time and the control group had significant differences in adverse events were mild groups were statistically No difference. Conclusion Mizolastine unexplained chronic urticaria high,fewer adverse drug reactions,clinicaL application is more secure.
