护理干预在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的护理措施及效果,总结护理经验,提高临床治疗效果。方法 50例行全髋关节置换术的患者随机分成观察组(25例)和对照组(25例),观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全髋关节置换手术患者围手术期护理有其特殊性,对其进行护理干预,可以缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪,提高对护理质量的满意度,在术后尽早进行康复功能锻炼的护理,可减少并发症的发生,促进临床好转。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention measures in the applied research of patients undergoing hip replacement, to sum up the nursing experience and improve the treatment outcome.Methods 50 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group（25 cases） and control group（25 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the nursing intervention measures,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Results Comparing the results＇of two groups of patients,the intervention group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative nursing of ＇patients undergoing artificial cervical vertebrae intervertebral discs replacement was special.Nursing intervention measures can relieve patients＇ anxiety,improve satisfaction with nurses.The patients were received nursing intervention of rehabilitation exercising as soon as possible after operation,complication rate was reduced,and the symptom was improved.
