女大学生可持续发展意识的培养

摘　　要：女大学生是女性中的佼佼者和出色代表,是女性人才资源构成的核心部分,女大学生的素质直接关系到21世纪中国妇女的整体面貌,其发展水平直接关系到我国现代化能否顺利实现,也直接影响着中华民族的全面素质。但目前中国女大学生面临着就业难和女生"高分低成就"的残酷现实以及女大学生的女性意识困惑、人生追求迷茫等现象。女大学生可持续发展意识的培养对女大学生个人发展、对社会发展和人类的发展都有重大的意义。针对当今女大学生面对的现实挑战和困惑彷徨等现象,可持续发展意识的培养可从五种方法入手:构建新的教育理念、加强主体意识教育、优化认知意识教育、正确定位优秀品质、培植终身学习的理念。Female college students are outstanding women and excellent representatives, and also the core of the female human resource. The quality of female students of the 21st century directly influences the overall quality of Chinese women. Its development level directly influences not only whether China＇s modernization can be realized smoothly, but also directly impacts the overall quality of the Chinese nation. But the Chinese female college students are facing difficulties in employment, the cruel reality of ＂high scores hut few achievements＂, and in their confusion in female awareness, and indefinite pursuit of life. Their awareness of sustainable development training is of great significance to their personal development, social development and even human development. As to challenges faced by female college students, and the phe- nomenon of loss and confusion, the develop awareness of sustainable development should be implement from five perspectives： building a new philosophy of education, strengthening the consciousness of education, optimizing the recognition awareness education, correctly positioning the excellent quality and fostering lifelong learning concept.
