摘  要:目的了解类风湿性关节炎患者的生活质量,通过系统化健康教育提高类风湿性关节炎患者服药依从性,以提高其生活质量。方法将104例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为研究组(52例)和对照组(52例),两组均进行常规的治疗及护理,研究组在此基础上对患者开展多种形势的健康教育,比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率,服药依从性及生活质量。结果研究组疾病相关知识知晓率为94.2%,对照组为25.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=33.33,19〈0.01);服药依从性高于对照组(73.1%比13.5%,X^2=37.64,P〈0.01),两组患者SF-36量表得分的比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),生活质量改善。结论系统化健康教育能增加患者对药物维持治疗重要性的认识,提高患者服药的依从性和疗效,改善生活质量。Objective To understand the quality-of-life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to improve their quality-of-life through improving the compliance of taking drug by applied systematized health education. Methods 104 rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly enrolled in control group ( n = 52 ) and experimental group (n = 52 ), all of which were received general treatment and care. Patients in the experimental group were received comprehensive healthy education, including disease-related knowledge, drug adherence and quality of life. The rate of awareness of disease-related knowledge, compliance of taking drug and quality of life were compared. Results The awareness of disease-related knowledge in experimental group was 94.2%, 25.0% in control group, there was statistically significant difference (X^2 = 33. 33, P 〈 0. 01 ) compliance of taking drug in experimental group was higher than in control group (73. 1% vs 13.5% , X^2 = 37.64,P 〈 0.01). the score of SF-36 was the different in the two groups(P 〈0.01). Conclusions Systematic health education can improve the patients' awareness on the importance of drug therapy and subsequent compliance, and enhance the quality of life as well.
