Objective Explore peritoneal dialysis patients catheter early postoperative activities on the influence of safety and comfort. Methods Contrast peritoneal dialysis catheter postoperative two groups-compared group(Postoperative absolute lie in bed for three days, the first day peripharyngeal, the second and three days desirable semi-fowler's or seat) and study group(Postoperative PingWo 6h,lie in bed,the next 24 h indoor activity, the third day according to abdominal wound situation to appropriately increase the activity)to Tenckhoff peritoneal dialysis tube position of complication and measurable effect. Results The postoperative complications of two groups of difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Operation 24h 48h 72h patients, and the amount of pain and strength of two groups of differences are significant experimental pain score obviously lower than in control group(P0.05).Postoperative 48h within the group total sleep time higher than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups have highly statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Peritoneal catheter early postoperative bed activities do not increase the postoperative complications happened, and is helpful to improve the patient comfort.
