双钢板法内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的本文通过对我院收治的肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折进行双钢板法内固定治疗的临床资料进行分析,探讨内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2007年4月至2010年3月在我院治疗的肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者56例,C1型为5例,C2型为10例,C3型为8例。结果本组患者获得12～24个月的随访(平均16周)均获骨性愈合,无内固定失效或骨折再移位。肘关节平均伸12°(0～30°),屈130°(95～140°),旋前65°(40～90°),旋后70°(40～90°)。本组患者治疗后的效果评价,效果优为28例(52.83%)、良为13例(24.53%),中为12例(22.64%),无效果差的患者,优良率为77.34%。结论双钢板固定方法对肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折能位较好,能够起到良好的固定作用,早期进行功能锻炼。Objective Based on our hospital humeral condylar fracture of double steel plate fixation for the treatment of clinical data,and internal fixation of humeral condylar fracture of the clinical effects.Methods April 2007 to March 2010 in our hospital humeral condylar fractures in patients with 56 cases,C1 type the 5 cases,C2-type 10 cases,C3 type in 8 cases.Results The patients received 12 to 24 months of follow-up（mean 16 weeks） were healed and no longer fixation failure or fracture displacement.The average elbow extension 12°（0～30°）,bent 130°（95～140°）,pronation 65°（40～90°）,supination 70°（40～90°）.The effect of patients evaluated after treatment,the effect is excellent in 28 cases（52.83%）,good in 13 cases（24.53%）,in 12 cases（22.64%）,no patients with poor results,good rate of 77.34%.Conclkusion double plate fixation of humeral condylar fracture bit better,can play a good fixation and early functional exercises.
