摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻气管插管术解决临床困难气管插管。方法应用经鼻气管插管解决80例困难气管插管。结果有效解决困难气管插管,有效率93.75%。结论本法能有效提高困难气管插管的成功率,并发症少。Objective To study the nasotracheal intubation to clinical difficult endotracheal intubation.Methods Nasotracheal intubation solve 80 cases of difficult endotracheal intubation.Results An effective solution to difficult endotracheal intubation,effective rate of 93.75%.Conclusion This method can effectively improve the success rate of difficult endotracheal intubation,and fewer complications.
