摘　　要：针对云计算在图书馆的应用问题,介绍云计算环境下图书馆与著作权保护方面的冲突,指出云计算环境下图书馆把不同数据信息托管给云计算服务提供商可能产生的不同著作权问题,详细论述这些著作权问题的解决思路和协调策略,得出在现有法律环境下,图书馆与云计算服务提供商之间的托管协议对解决著作权问题具有重要作用等结论,以期为云计算环境下的图书馆与著作权保护提供有益的参考。Aimed at the application of cloud computing to library, the paper introduces the conflict between library and copyright pro- tection and points out some different copyright issues probably produced when library entrusts different data information to cloud computing service providers in the environment of cloud computing. By discussing the solution and coordinated strategy about these copyright issues in detail, the paper draws the conclusion that trusteeship agreement between library and cloud computing service providers plays an important role in solving the copyright issues in the existing law environment, to provide a beneficial reference for library and copyright protection in the environment of cloud computing.
