摘　　要：在分析国内外政府信息资源开放与共享的状况及未来发展趋势的基础上,以吉林省为例,分别从瓶颈问题、根源问题、关键问题以及特色问题入手,探讨我国欠发达地区政府信息资源开放共享的状况及存在的问题;结合欠发达地区的特点,提出政府信息网络统一平台的模式以及政府信息公开平台的框架,同时探讨相应的政府信息开放与共享模式。On the basis of analyzing the government information resources openness and sharing status and future tendency, this paper researches the bottleneck problems, root problems, critical problems and feature problems in the underdeveloped region by taking Jilin Provice as an example. Combining the features in underdeveloped region, this paper advocates the government information network unique platform mode and framework, and gives the corresponding modes of government information openness and sharing.
