摘 要:系统介绍了织机电子送经硬件电路原理,设计出高速硬件系统以满足高速织机送经的要求。给出了CPU中央处理单元、双极性调整用基准电平电路、张力信号检测电路和送经调速电路的电路原理图,并对相应硬件电路进行了分析。在系统中采用PWM调制波替代DA转换,通过二阶滤波的滤波电路设计,实现了硬件电路的时效性;同时,给出了一种由正电源生成负电源的设计方法,采用单电路实现双向速度调整。实验结果反映出设计方案合理。The loom let-off system is a complicated control object in the textile machinery. This paper focuses on the hardware circuit principle of loom electronic let-off system and it designs a high-speed hardware system to meet the requirements of the let-off system with high-speed. This paper shows the circuit principle diagrams which include the CPU central processing unit, dual polarity adjustment with benchmark level circuit, tension signal detection circuit and let-off speed modulating. And then, it analyses the corresponding circuits. In the system, the PWM is used to replace DAC. Through the second-order filter circuit design, it comes true the hardware circuit of timeliness. At the same time, this paper introduces the design methods which the positive power transformed into negative power and the single circuit realizes two-way speed adjustment. The experimental results show that the device designed with this method is reasonable and reliable.
