摘 要:在引起伤寒、副伤寒的病原中,甲型副伤寒沙门菌所占的比例逐渐升高。我国每年均有不同程度的地方性甲型副伤寒流行及暴发,东南亚地区甲型副伤寒流行情况日趋严重。由于现在还没有针对甲型副伤寒沙门菌的疫苗,所以具有免疫原性蛋白的筛选及减毒全菌疫苗、亚单位疫苗的研制逐渐成为热点。随着甲型副伤寒沙门菌ATCC9150全基因组序列的公布,利用基因组和蛋白质组学的方法为研究甲型副伤寒沙门菌的疫苗靶标提供了良好的基础。本文综述了疫苗靶标蛋白的识别方法以及可能用于鉴别诊断或者疫苗有效靶标的潜在甲型副伤寒沙门菌抗原蛋白。The incidence of Salmonella paratyphi A infection in human is becoming higher than other pathogens causing typhoid/paratyphoid.The outbreaks caused by endemic S.paratyphi occur every year in some regions in China and the epidemic of typhoid is more serious in Southeast Asia.However,no vaccine against S.paratyphi A is available currently.Therefore,it is important to identify the immunogenic proteins that induce the immune system to produce antibody and develop the whole bacteria attenuated vaccines as well as subunit vaccines.Along with the release of ATCC9150 whole genome sequence of S.paratyphi A,the methods using genome and proteomics would be useful for the study of vaccine targets aimed at S.paratyphi A.This paper summarizes the methods for identifying the vaccine targets and the list of potential S.paratyphi A antigens which could be used in differential diagnosis and as effective vaccine targets.
